Craigslist is totally controlled by trolls since it's founders insist on user moderation, known trolls who are or have been institutionalized run the site. Additionally, craigslist took a hit in 2018 when they decided to shut down the personals sections of their us sites. This is a welcome change. Admitted pedophiles can not be flagged.
